Hi, My 2020 Turbo Levo Comp needs a new rear cassette, chain and chain ring. The original bike came with a SRAM XD PG1130 cassette (11 to 42 tooth), but can I change it for a XG1150 chainring (10 to 42 tooth) without any problems?

PG1130 is an HG cassette not an XD. If currently running that cassette you need a new freehub body to run an XD cassette.

A 10t sprocket on an Ebike isn't the best idea. I'd just stick with HG cassettes and increase your chainring size if you're lacking top end gearing.
I guess your bike's derestricted to want to go higher?
