Chain busted an e bike thing?

So busted my chain in two places in one hit today and not really sure how. Then a bit later in the ride my fellow riders chain went. I’m about 5 rides in and he’s done a few more(kanevo). Also on our last outing a levo done it’s chain. The 11 speed kmc e bike chain is around £30 whereas the 12 speed is nearly £60 so I’m taking a punt on this.....

I’d say you‘ve either been putting that chain under a massive amount of strain (turbo + low gears + weight), or you got a defective chain, or both.
I ride with a few guys, mainly KMC chains, never seen one fail yet, probably over 3000 combined miles.

Mine also failed today. Levo 2020 Comp. I was going uphill at the time, but wasn't really undue stress.

I did have a twisted link though a while back which I straightened. May have been that one that failed.
