Canyon Spectral:ON Charger

Hey guys! I have a 2022 Spectral:ON CF9 (euro spec) with 900w battery. I accidentally ran over the male end of the charger with my car and am in need of some help!

Has anybody ever ordered a replacement charger from Canyon? I’ve had nothing but a hard time dealing with them and they don’t seem to sell the chargers on their site.

It’s the charger with the rosenberger style plug. Does anybody know where to find a replacement?

You can buy a specialized Turbo Levo prev gen charger - it's completely the same, but with different stickers.

I'm also looking for a Rosenberger charger that's guaranteed not to blow up my battery.

It is RIDICULOUS that Canyon doesn't stock replacement chargers. Mine got super hot when I plugged it into my warranty replacement battery and wouldn't light up or charge any more. Canyon said they had to check with Germany!! That was two months ago.
