Tricky one, I'd guess some kind of fell running shoe might be your best bet, or maybe the addidas terrex range.

I've got the ubiquitous 5 ten free rider pro for summer, and vaude Moab AM stx for winter. I find them fine for pushing the bike in most conditions unless it's muddy, in which case they're mostly useless.
 
I haven't found better than FiveTen. Bought some for the missus, too, and she's well pleased with them.
 
As above, Five Tens for me all the way. l've never, and l mean never had a foot slip off the pedals
wearing these shoes.

That one may be difficult, none of my 510's flats or clipless have worked well hiking. I'd look at low pro hiking shoes/boots. you might find something.
 
Not cycling shoes per se but I love my Ecco Terracruise GoreTex as a great all rounder and they are fine on flats.
