Levo Gen 3 Brand Levo Expert 2022 - Painting defect?

Hello!

I just received a Turbo Levo Expert Gen 3 and after unpacking it, completing the installation and removing all protections, I noticed that the colors on the top tube as well as below the seat post do not look right

At the beginning I thought it as just dirty because of the tape used for the protections but after using some cleaning products I don't think this is dirtiness.

What do you think?

Normal.
My black 2020 TL Expert is similar.
This is just the way they look.

I admit I don't really like it. I should have asked for the red one, maybe there is different considering is matt.

Taken straight from their website, it’s the lacquer finish over the Carbon lay up of the frame, they are all similar but none are exactly the same as they are not completely painted

As the others have said they all look like that as they are hand laid up, finished and laquered over. My old Expert did too but I like the raw carbon look, and my Kenevo SL also looks the same. You've paid for carbon so you might as well show it off!

My '22 Levo Expert in black is similar - can see the carbon layup under portions of the paint.
