Watch out for a loose plug

I went to ride the other day and no power up on Bosch

decided to take engine cover off and discovered you need very specific tool head

fortunately I had a specific head removed cover and discovered plug was loose

this would of been disaster on ride so now I carry tool

decided to take engine cover off and discovered you need very specific tool head

fortunately I had a specific head removed cover and discovered plug was loose

this would of been disaster on ride so now I carry tool

I had a similar incident happen with my Bosch gen4 also. It was a loose 2-wire plug on the motor which caused complete lose of power when hitting a bump. Once I got home I removed the skid-plate and found the loose plug. Haven’t had a problem since.
