Anyone have a mini remote they aren’t using? Just got a brand new oso for my wife and the mini remote clamp snapped. I think the bike shop over-torqued it. I loosened and started moving it over on the bar and it broke. No big deal but I do need another. Not in stock anywhere, bike shop said it won’t be here until April. Found a strap on Etsy but cost to ship to Hawaii for whatever reason comes out to $63 for just the strap and not the whole remote (shipper is from Spain on that one).

Looks like the same issue I had. I bought a 3d printer version by RiderWalker here and the delivery to the UK was within a couple of days and the part is a perfect replacement FIXREMOTE - Replacement Clamp for repair Bosch Mini Remote BRC3300, Spare part.

I ended up calling Bosch directly and they said this is a well known issue and they should have more coming soon. They told me I just have to do a warranty order through the shop I bought from. So I guess I’ll just have to wait. For now i managed to figure a way out to zip tie it on the bike.

I broke the entire remote 2x and bought from here. the second time the clamp was still good so I punched it out.
HOLY! I new remote from them was only $55 shipped last year. I just checked that link and it's not that much cheaper to ship to the mainland. I was going to offer you to send it to me and I'd send it to you. You just got to pay that extra island tax.

Yeah the situation is kind of lame. I guess the bike shop on mainland I ordered from will do a warranty order for a new one. But it’ll be a while till I get it. For now the zip ties are working. Bad design I guess.
