Bosch diagnostic tool at home options ?

Hi all.
I have just fitted a BikeTrax tracker to my bosch cx motor. It also comes with a back up battery. But to get this to charge I need to tell the bike to let the connection point to work.
It says this can inly be done by a bosch diagnostic tool.
I live in cyprus and my nearest dealer is over 2hrs away.
Is there another way around this ? Cheap interface like they have for cars etc ?

Sorry to dissapoint you, but IMO no other option is available.

have a google for "mobile bicycle mechanics Bosch" some of them where I live are Bosch Certified and have the dongles.
Also if youre just assuming the nearest Bosch dealer is 2 hours away because that's the nearest actual Bike store you might want to go the bosch ebike website and search for a dealer.

There's places near me that aren't bicycle shops that are listed like Electric Scooter dealers and places that only do repairs and don't actually sell anything.
