I picked up a Revive Max from a Gen4 Turbo Levo and have been using it for a few months on my Gen3 with no issues, until the other day when it suddenly refused to go down. I suspected that the cable had come loose at the trigger, but no. After taking it out I found this. I found one online and ordered it, but I thought I'd reach out to Bike Yoke and see if there is something that would cause this so I can avoid it in the future. They responded and said that they had updated the actuator with stainless steel because the brass one had been an issue.
They said if the one I get has the brass actuator that they would try to get the stainless version to me. I don't know why they just wouldn't automatically just send a replacement, but since I bought it used I suppose I understand.
I thought I'd post this and see if anyone has had an issue with this.
