Bike Tracker on Kickstarter

Not sure if this has already been posted, but looks like this could be a great little tracker for our expensive e-bikes.

OK it has an audible alarm too, but it seems to be in a super visible (and vulnerable) position - surely one whack with a hammer and it's completely disabled, or am I missing something?

I wondered the same thing, couldn't thieves just either smash it off or remove/replace the saddle or bottle cage?

<Duh!> Now I understand: I need to click on the "Created" link... Obviously not intended for dumb old gits...

I like the "under the bottle cage" mount much more than the highly visible saddle mount.

I would disable the audible alarm, just have it send location. Agree it is visible, but they would have to know what it is and doubt most would.
