I'd like to take this opportunity to apologize for my earlier snappy comment. It was unfair of me.
But suntour are not fit for purpose, and companies stocking them on bikes are a bane of the novice cyclist. Their cheapness only means the customer ends up with a POS fork. We should have standards.
Especially when people are sending £2 1/2k on an Ebike and they're getting the poo end of the stick.
Mine was just over £5k. This is something else you can get for that type of money.

315kg, high precision, designed for industrial use for decades. Hundreds of individual precision parts. Compared to a 24kg bike with a somewhat unreliable motor, at least by comparison. These companies are ripping us off to hell. And it sickens me when they put tat on a bike and tout it as something special.
