The key thing with your 2021 Kenevo Comp is the seat tube diameter: the first-gen Kenevo frame runs a chunky 34.9mm dropper, confirmed on here by Tbar. That's the number that matters — plenty of droppers don't come in 34.9, so check before you buy.

What length you can fit (S5):
The S5 has a long seat tube, but it's also the size where riders have squeezed the most drop in. There's a well-documented case on here of a OneUp 210mm going into an S4 Kenevo after grinding down the linkage bolt nubs — 46mm sticking out above the clamp, 714mm saddle height. On the longer-legged S5 you've likely got room for a 210mm without the same fettling, but measure your insertion depth before committing — the limiter is usually the linkage area, not the tube.

Best picks:
OneUp Components V2/V3 (34.9mm) — the community favourite for the Kenevo. Shortest stack height in the business for its travel, which is exactly what you want when you're trying to max out drop in a long-travel frame. Available up to 240mm in 34.9 on the V3, and riders here consistently rate the low remote force. @Shark58 found the V3 silky-smooth with a light remote on the Vala — same post applies.
Bike Yoke Revive 2.0 (34.9mm) — if you ever get dropper sag/sponginess, the Revive's bleed-on-the-trail feature is the standout. Costs more, but it's the "fit and forget" option.

Both beat the stock Specialized post, which riders on the first-gen Kenevo have long grumbled about for its odd feel and feedback (allank's words, not mine).

Wireless option:
If you fancy going wireless, @Mikerb rates the KS Rage Circuit Wireless as a complete package — dropper, battery, charger and remote — for significantly less than RockShox Reverb AXS. Worth a look if you want to declutter the bars, though for outright reliability and serviceability the cabled OneUp is still the safer pick.

My shout: OneUp V3 in 34.9mm, longest travel your S5 insertion depth allows (very likely 210mm, possibly 240mm). Best drop-per-pound, lowest stack, proven on this exact frame.

One thing worth checking before you order — measure from the top of your seat tube down to where it kinks or the linkage intrudes, and tell me that number plus your inseam. I'll tell you exactly what travel you can run without grinding anything.
