Battery stuck.

Anyone experienced a stuck battery. It's difficult to get on on and it doesn't get off. It moves a little bit in a middle position. Check out the video. The key isn't turning properly.

I bought the bike as a slightly used demo bike. It has not been a problem before.

I've seen that. It seems like the battery wasn't fulle seated at det bottom, så now there is a 2-3 mm gap. That is probably the problem. But how to solve it...

Is it possible to get access to the battery room from the motor side?

Problem solved. This fell down and prohibited the battery from going fully down. I had to force it out with a screwdriver. It went well

That's one of your cable guides/clamps that secures your cables in the downtube. I'm guessing the bolt for it is long gone?

I’ve got this neat tool for removing any stuck / stubborn component in just a few seconds

Where did you put the screwdriver to put it out? Mine battery is stuck too.

I'm also curious how you managed to unstick it. Mine is stuck as well.
