Battery rattle ??

Hi
Has anyone had issues with battery rattle ? My new e150rs has a big rattle / clonking when you rock the bike from side to side ? You can hear the battery inside the frame knocking. The bike is new and has had one 15 mile ride.
I’ve checked the single Allen bolt under the rubber guard and it’s tight ….. any ideas ?

Ridden both the 150 and 160 and that's not normal. You can get some motor rattle when coasting, but the battery's a snug fit. I'd take it out (useful to know how to do it anyway) and take a look.

no rattle at all with my e150rs, I would take it out and see what’s going on, might be something minor
