Battery on meta power race starting to rattle

Has anyone had this problem? I suppose it's not a big deal, but i like a silent bike.
So, any DIY solution could be helpfull.

Sorry I don’t know the answer but I have read about this happening to other bikes with external batteries. I would definitely be dropping Commencal a line to get it sorted ?

Creeks and rattles seem to be a common theme with eBikes, I guess it comes with the territory..

It’s easy to snug up the battery mount. I got motor errors when my battery connection was compromised with a slack battery mount.

YouTube has a video and shimano instructions on line also show the top mount adjustment

Got the same answer from commencal as the video above.
This fixed the problem...happy times
