Shimano Di2 Wireless e.g. XT M8250 Di2 and similar models.

I have been wondering for a while whether one could make a battery eliminator for Di2 in the same way that SRAM make an AXS power cable.

However looking at the battery for Di2 (BT-DN320) there are no helpful markings for +/-.
There are 4 pins and metering them gives me no output information :(
Battery is marked 3.6V

Charger cradle (USB Power) has a bemusing set of metered voltages: +4.2V (constantly varying approx 4.1-4.3) is found between 3 pins and a the fourth pin.

Expert advice needed.
