Are Levo bb bearings serviceable?

I have a noise and crunchy feeling coming from my bb area. If this were any other bike I’d replace the bb bearing but I’m not sure if that’s a thing on Levos. Any experience to share w/ bad bb bearings on Levo here?

The Levo "bottom bracket" is essentially an integral part of the motor. I would check to see if the crunchy feeling could be due to anything else, such as a loose crank arm or loose chain ring spider. If not, it's likely your motor needs servicing. I would seek out a local Specialized Dealer—hopefully, you’re still under warranty.

I'd check the cheaper / easier stuff first though. Pedal bearings for example!
