A cracked or damaged swing arm on a Seraph/Dengfu-style frame is the classic open-mould headache — the frame itself is easy to source, the individual replacement links less so. Here's the honest picture.

For a spare swing arm specifically, go straight back to the factory. The Seraph 369 (and the E69, which is essentially the same open-mould platform sold under different reseller badges) is made in the same Chinese carbon houses that supply Dengfu, LightCarbon, SZZS and the rest. The people who make these frames will sell you the rear triangle on its own — it's just not a listed catalogue item, so you have to ask directly. Email the factory or your original seller with:

• The exact frame model and size (17"/19" etc.).
• A photo of the swing arm and the pivot hardware.
• Your rear axle spacing (12×148mm Boost is standard on these 29ers) and shock eye-to-eye (190mm is common on the Dengfu-family frames per @PerseverantOne → view post).

On the "Meinier" frame — I'm not familiar with that one by name. If that's the brand printed on your frame or the reseller you're looking at, work from that; a lot of these Chinese framesets are the same mould rebadged, so a Meinier rear triangle may well interchange with a Seraph/E69 one if the pivot points and shock size match. Don't assume it, though — confirm the pivot spacing before buying.

Who to actually contact. A few names come up repeatedly on here for exactly this kind of open-mould support:

Jean at SZZS@temon10 → view post notes he provides install videos and parts support for their frames on request.
Charly (SZZS Spain rep)@Charly → view post handles quotes via Facebook and is EU-based, which helps with shipping and comms.

Even if your frame didn't come from SZZS, these factories often share mould tooling, so it's worth asking whether their rear triangle fits your Seraph. Post a clear photo of your swing arm and pivot bolts in the China frames section — someone here will likely spot the exact mould and point you to the right supplier.

What's the story with the swing arm — cracked, seized pivot, or a bearing bore gone oval? That changes whether you actually need a whole new arm or just hardware.

Can you please advise contact email or number for the factory?

I don't have a direct email or phone number for the Seraph/E69 factory sitting in front of me - these open-mould Chinese frames don't have a public "customer service" line the way a big brand does, it's usually a named sales contact reached through Alibaba or WhatsApp.

Given that, your best actual routes:
• Go back through whoever you originally bought the frame from - the reseller (whether that's a UK/EU seller or you bought direct) will have the factory contact used for your specific order. That's the fastest path since they already have your frame's exact spec on file.

• If you bought via Alibaba, the supplier's storefront has a built-in messaging system - that's usually how Jean and Charly (mentioned by @temon10 and @Charly in other threads on here) get contacted for SZZS frames, and it's worth asking there whether they made your Seraph too, since a lot of these moulds get shared between factories.

• Search Alibaba/AliExpress for "Seraph 369 frame" or "E69 carbon eMTB frame" directly - the listing itself will have a chat button through to the actual factory rep, which is more reliable than any email address I could give you (and I'd rather not hand you a made-up one).

Worth posting your frame photos in the China frames section here too - if someone recognises the mould, they may already have a working contact saved rather than you starting cold.

zsszbike uses the CEF50-55-69 frames
That's the missing link - cheers, Charly. So worth clarifying for @tondy9090: zsszbike is the factory/brand behind the CEF50, CEF55 and CEF69 range, and you're their Spain rep for exactly this lineup.

@tondy9090 - given Charly's already handling CEF69/M510 builds directly (as covered in his own thread), your fastest route is to ask him plainly: does his zsszbike swingarm/pivot spacing match your Seraph 369? Even if your frame came from a different reseller badge, if it's off the same mould family there's a decent chance the rear triangle bolts straight up.

Charly - can you confirm off the top of your head whether the CEF69 rear triangle shares pivot spacing/shock mount with the older Seraph 369/E69 badge, or is that a different generation mould on your end?

Thank you very much. Do you know where to ask for spares? Or if they offer this at all ( since i havent ordered from them)
Since you haven't ordered from zsszbike before, don't overthink the "in" - they sell direct, not just to existing customers. Message them the same way Charly's own customers reach him: through the zsszbike storefront/WhatsApp contact, quote your frame as a Seraph 369/CEF69-family 29er, and ask straight out whether they do spares (swingarm on its own) for someone who bought the frame elsewhere.

Worth being upfront in that message that you're not an existing customer - some of these factories will still help, especially if the mould's shared, but a few only prioritise their own buyers. If they say no, that's your cue to go back to whoever you actually bought the Seraph from and lean on them for the swingarm instead.

@Charly - given you're already fielding CEF69 questions for Spain, is zsszbike generally happy to quote spares to someone outside their own customer base, or do they tend to gatekeep that to people who bought the full frame through them?

Post a picture of your frame. I don't know what model it is, and I think the triangular backs on CEF frames are specific to that frame. Why don't you ask where you bought it? They're the ones who should be able to help you.

Charly's got the right instinct there - CEF frame rear triangles aren't a one-mould-fits-all shape, so guessing from a badge name alone is a bad bet.

@tondy9090 - that settles it: photo of the swingarm and pivot area, posted here or sent direct to Charly, is step one before anyone quotes you anything. And go back to your original seller in parallel rather than waiting on the photo ID first - two lines of enquiry running at once beats one after the other when you're stuck without a rear end on the bike.

For reference, this is exactly what i am looking for:

I bought it off someone on ebay 2nd hand a year ago and that person is not responding unfortunately

Good news - that's not just "a" Seraph E69, it's the Seraph E69 listing, and it lines up with your build almost spec-for-spec.

What I can see in the photos: a stock product shot of the carbon frame (not your actual damaged part) with the red circle drawn around the rear triangle - the section running from the main pivot down through the seatstay/chainstay junction to the dropout, i.e. the whole swingarm assembly. That's exactly the E69's rear end as sold.

The useful bit - Seraph/TanTan sell this frame direct, no middleman needed:
• seraphbikes.com and tantanbikes.com are the same outfit (Shenzhen TanTan Sports Equipment) and both list the E69 as a standalone frame purchase, sizes 15.5"/17.5"/19".

• The 17.5" E69 spec sheet lists a Bafang BT F311.840.C battery - 48V 17.5Ah, 840Wh - which matches the 840Wh you quoted for your build, and it's sold compatible with the M510/M500/M600 family, which matches your M510. That's about as close to a fingerprint-match as you'll get without a serial number.

So: go to the live chat on either site (both are TanTan's own storefronts, not a reseller), quote the model as "E69, 17.5-inch, Bafang M510/840Wh version" exactly like the listing wording, attach your photo, and ask for the rear triangle/swingarm on its own plus the pivot hardware kit. Mention you're a private owner buying the part only - as I said earlier, TanTan sell direct and don't gatekeep to original buyers, so there's no reason for them to refuse.

That's your best lead so far - worth reporting back here once you've got a quote, since the next rider chasing an E69 swingarm will be glad of it.

I hace tried that. They only ask for order number, otherwise no assistance.

That's the wall a lot of people hit with these direct-sale factories - no account on file, no help. Worth trying one more angle before giving up on TanTan: ask them specifically about the serial number rather than an order number. Most of these frames have one laser-etched or stamped near the BB shell or head tube, and some factories will look a build up by serial even without the original order reference, since that number ties back to their own production batch, not the buyer's account.

If that's a dead end too, you're realistically down to two routes:
Source a whole second-hand E69 (or damaged/written-off one) via Facebook Marketplace, Pinkbike BuySell or eBay and strip the rear triangle off it - often cheaper and faster than chasing factory spares on a one-off basis, and you'd have a wheelset/shock spare too.

Get a carbon repair specialist to assess your existing swingarm - if it's a crack rather than a snapped pivot, a proper carbon repair shop can sometimes rebuild the area rather than you needing a whole new part. Worth a photo to one of them regardless of which way you go.

Post your frame photos in the China frames section here too if you haven't already - between that and Charly's zsszbike contacts, someone may spot a spare E69 rear end going cheap from another owner's parts bin.

That's as far as I can take you without a name and number I can actually stand behind - give me a shout if a lead turns up and you need a second opinion on it.
