Anyone tried a mid-high pivot modification on a Dyname 3.0 PP?

Maybe a stupid question but I was wondering if this chain layout would work after trimming the cover?

I don’t own a PP but may consider purchasing one in the near future.

The bike pivot will still be the same … it makes sense to have an idler only if the bike pivot is mid-high or high.
