Anyone know if Syncdrive Pro and Sport motors are interchangable?

Does anyone know if these two can be interchanged on a '21 Trance, other than the loss of a bit of torque. Just trying to figure out if I can do this in a bind while travelling, and also if there are any year-by-year issues that would prevent the swap. Thank you!

Probably not since they are different sizes and have mounting holes on different places.

No, they are not, they have different size and mounting holes just as Anfos has explained.
You can change PW-X with PW-X2, exact same design.
