Anyone heard any rumors about a new Yeti with a full power TQ motor?

I wonder if they will improve their customer service?
I had a 160e with the sh!t EP8, 4 motors in 6 months with one managing 12 miles.
No support from Yeti Uk or Colorado what so ever, my LBS has discontinued being an Authorised dealer because of their brickwall, I had owned Yeti's for the past 15yrs and now never again.

Anybody know what to expect the weight to be?

Will be interesting to see the weight and the specs. My Shuttle AM is around 51 lbs I think, but will weigh is again with my scale since 50 lbs is shaky just lifting off the ground with a hook scale. I'm guessing the Yeti will be around 46-47 lbs. Looking forward to seeing one on the trails soon, especially since I live somewhat close to the Yeti HQ.
 
Oh, it will not be cheap, for sure! I'm waiting to see it. I'll guess $8,000 for a mechanical base build and $10,000 - $12,000 for the top-end builds.

I have my Shuttle AM's lowest mode down to 50 Nm and -2 Assist. That is 90% of my riding when on the e-bike. Something like this Yeti is actually ideal for me but while I have owned Yetis, I never went to dental school so they are elusive now. Still, awesome looking bike and if they come out with en external extender battery, this would be very tempting at some point.
 
I don't think that smaller battery is a range extender. It appears to be a small internal battery and you can swap it out for the larger battery.

I have been Fuel Exe owner from the beginning, and I am on my 6th motor in 3 years, so hopefully they improved reliability of the HPR60. Can't fault Trek for honouring warranties though :)

The hpr60 looks the same as the hpr50 but with extra cooling fins on the bottom. Presumably these are what makes it 74g heavier!
 
I wonder what it will cost. I have a Scott Lumen and Trek Slash+. It looks like the motor would fit both bikes. Changing the display would be a pain but it appears that the new controller is wireless so that would be nice.

edit. Same remote. Should have dropped this in the TQ thread.
