Anyone going to Sea Otter Classic next week?

I'm heading up there on Thursday for 3 days. Looking forward to seeing all the new stuff.
There are great biking trails around Monterey BUT unfortunately no Ebikes allowed on them!
California parks really need to sort themselves out and get out of the dark ages!

Yep Cali & its [non-biking] inhabitants are very weird. But Sea Otter not weird! I'm going for at least Thursday before it gets too crazy. Wonder if it will be radically different with Ibike out of the picture....?

I was thinking of signing up for the Saturday mtb tour but not sure if Ebikes are allowed - any idea?

Depends what part of California you’re in. Some counties allow them and some narrow-minded lawyer filled counties like mine (OC) ban them. Any California state park is open to them
