I’m looking at a specialised turbo turo ( for the wife )from bikeinn based in Spain and they have got the bikes cheaper than anywhere. They say there is no import tax on it via a message through their instagram page I’m just nervous that nothing is going to arrive.
Anyone had any experience with them?
Thanks in advance

Bought plenty of bits from them over the years, but never a bike. Cassette, chain, shorts, pedals and a brake.
It usually comes with a Royal Mail label on it, so I think they ship to a UK warehouse, then forward on… as I’ve never had import duties before.

Amazing I was just unsure and you know what they say if it’s too good to be true it probably is.

Im also close to pulling the trigger on a levo from them - saves quite a bit of money but like you i’m thinking there must be a catch … maybe we should just go for it ?!

a fella I know from online bought a levo from them recently.
brakes the wrong way round if you are in the UK and it came without a charger.
spesh sorted him out a charger asap
he saved about a grand.
so, just gotta decide if its worth the trouble plus not having local bike shop backup

At that price I may just go for it my bike shop looks after me with my orbea I’m sure they will swap the brakes over if it comes like that.
If you order yours first and let me know how it goes 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I have bought parts from them in the past. Took quite a while for delivery (but arrived).

I wouldn’t buy an E-Bike from them as it needs the support. I’d buy an analogue bike from them though.

Hi
I agree with this
Warranty support would be my concern maybe you should message them first and see how that would work for a UK buyer .
