I hope not. I’ll be gutted if they drop the Ransom Line. I just can’t get my head around why they aren’t more popular.

I love my Ransom but the seattube length is too long and I cant go bigger than a 170mm dropper. And the battery alignment mount has been finicky. I think I would like a Voima more but i got my Ransom a year ago and there was no Voima available then. But that is what I would go with atm.

Hopefully the Ransom will stay as the Patron is nowhere near to long travel bikes can deliver. Despite the looks, Patron is quite fragile, especially in the BB area and does not allow to play with the rear suspension. Scott, give us a proper Ransom, with 190/180mm of travel, 500-750Wh battery choice, with 29"/mullet choice as a factory option with easy access to suspension. That would be a perfect bike for me.

I think the Patron is replacing the Genius eRide, not the Ransom eRide

I bought a 2022 ransom no twin lock on these models?

Nop, no need for it on a ransom...

There's a leaver that stiff significantly the rear shock... more than enough.

The 520 is a pretty good brake as it goes. In fact many £5k bikes often come with lesser brakes.

The only downside with shimano is some of them have a microleak rendering them failures.
