Any Mondraker owners received Performance Upgrade 2.0 (Bosch) yet?

I've updated to the latest Flow app and firmware, but haven't yet received the update to the Drive Unit (mine is compatible) allowing the increased torque etc.

I'm curious if this is just that it can take some time to become available (I've read so) or that Mondraker haven't yet allowed this for their bikes.

Is anyone on a Bosch-powered Mondraker with the Drive Unit updates successfully installed?

Yeah, I already installed it yesterday on my Mondraker Crafty R 2025. iOS: Deleted the Flow app, installed the new Flow app. Then installed the Bike Upgrade. Each time I launched the app, I logged in to Bosch with my account. Then went to Components > Drive Unit > Performance Update 2.0 and installed it. That’s it.

See my screenshots (german version)

I also had to delete the Bosch-App and reinstall it. After that it worked ...

But imho I do not feel any difference ;)

PS: Hello to all, I am new to the Forum. I am an average rider and my bikes I on are a Mondraker Crafty Carbon RR 2025 and a Trek Rail 9.9 AXS Gen 4.

No update for me yet on android.
It won't be bike specific, it's just taking a bit longer for Android users.
Although personally I'd rather keep the range than have some battery draining power upgrade.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. Good to know I’ll just need to be patient. I’ve tried all the tricks to trigger the update so I’ll just chill and wait.

I’d be surprised if the drive system knows the type of bike it’s in, but I guess it’s possible.

Same here, nothing so far, waited for over 2 days now nothing. Tried the procedure with deleting the flow app multiple times, no luck either.
Funny system Bosch is implemented for this update.

Not the drive system per se, but the Flow App will determine if a power update is available to the drive system. If your bike is not registered in the app (then it knows if you have a Mondraker, Pivot, or a Norco), then these power updates aren't made available. Just like the prior 100 Nm/750W update as Bosch wants bike manufacturers to "approve" the update.

FWIW, it did show up in the Flow app for my wife's Shuttle SL/AM, but that's an SX motor so it really didn't have any effect on power - just some of the other features.

I think its confusing to many because the update is really two seperate updates and not everyone will get the second one, which is specifically the 120 Nm increase in torque.

Still no luck getting the second part of the update after 4 days for me. I’ve uninstalled about 20 times, removed and re-added the bike, re-registered. Hopefully it’s not because I had my region flashed to the USA (not where I’m from) for the speed increase.

Did you contact Mondraker?

Oh, yes, that was the purpose of posting this thread but we have already determined that Mondraker have allowed the update as other Mondraker owners have it.

Edit: I just checked their website and they says ‘120Nm Upgrade Ready’ for my model.

Mine was accessible about 24hrs after updating. I saw a brief pop up window when updating that it could take 24hr for the 120nm to become active. Weird that it works that way but it does. After riding it for a bit I would say it’s slightly noticeable at low speed tech climbs.
