I figure the Regulator will just get the updated screen and possibly some new colors.

Can anyone tell me what to expect as far as changes to the 2026 Regulator CX?

I was hoping to get a CX-R version of the Bosch motor but I've accepted that this isn't going to happen at a reasonable price point (Orbea wants $14K for their CX-R Wild!), so instead I'm ready to order a new bike here in the Fall and it will 90% chance be the Regulator.

I could see the Kiox display being standard, for sure maybe the CX-R but with the last firmware update 50/50 on that. I bet we see more Shimano builds now they they finally have wireless, I am just guessing here BTW lol :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

What I've heard is: 1) higher prices due to tariffs, 2) the Kiox display only on the higher builds, 3) different colors, 4) no CX-R motors at all on Transitions and certainly not on less than a 5-figure build

I know we have some dealer employees around here that have already submitted their orders. Cough it up fellas!

Transition Al frames don't interest me, they are tanks!

I'm trying to build DH capable <50# full power e-bike.

Wondering why the Race motor is a must have. Basically it's just a tune over the stock CX, at least for now. The Turbo with everything dialed to max is already beastly aggressive.

For me I wanted the titanium shaft and the ceramic bearings which should improve efficiency and noise.

Well someone posted on this forum that they work at a dealer and had already submitted their 2026 Transition orders. Someone knows...

Honestly I got burned to the tune of $3K by buying my Relay at retail about 2.5 months before they dropped their prices. Not happening again, I'll be waiting for the deal.

My guess is 2026 models won’t have much changes given the bike was well received. If retailer bookings have already been done then the specs are finalized and new bikes are on their way. My 2 cents would be Kiox400 display in toptube, new colors and possibly some new components… Waiting is surely a good idea at this point. 👍

Agreed.

Would like to get one fully set up for a bike trip in 2 months however.

Transition really should show the '26 Regulators any day as other 2026s are being released now.

The dream list would be: 1) Reach adjust headset stock, 2) CXR frameset, 3) Kiox display, 4) a dope glossy thick paint job would be nice too.

I think we'll see one of those at best, the display.

I'm ordering the Regulator CX tomorrow as well as some Enve wheels laced to Sidekick hubs.

I seriously explored ordering the new Antidote while and it was an interesting exercise but there were hurdles, including a 15% US tariff paid by me once the frame entered the country that made the already high price, really high.
Also communication was an issue. And that would be really frustrating if that expensive frame had a failure or misalignment or something.

I have a tendency to buy weird esoteric things (cough, Trick stuff brakes) and regret it later due to practicality issues. So I'm trying to mature here.

I had decided sometime back that I wanted the Bosch motor over the Avinox. It comes down to noise, efficiency, torque regulation, and bash ring protection.

I still wish the Regulator had a reach adjust option, the CXR motor, real paint not to mention a frame only option. But in a world with so many choices it met my needs the most and does it at a fair cost.

I'm also ordering some Sidekick hubs and lacing them to some Enve M6 wheels.

Excellent choice, I agree with your thoughts on the bike, power train and color. Nice wheel upgrade and wow that will be a solid machine!
