Amflow with 27.5 rear wheel

For those that have changed to a rear 27.5 rear wheel.

What is the largest tire you can fit? Has anyone tried a 27.5x2.8 or even a 27.5x3.0?

Well, that depends on the true size of the tire. For example, I have a 27.5 studded Wrathchild, that fits with gobs of you to spare. ( I’ll get some pics later today).
but with a ‘standard’ MTB tire, the widest I generally run is a 2.6 (if there is even a hint of moisture or mud).
A 2.8 Maxxis will fit, but if there is mud, it will likely rub through your chainstays if you aren’t careful .
