Hi has anyone had any issues with the px carbon turning on for 1 second then turning off ? I"ve performed a system rest , ive tried to turn it on with the charger plugged in , ive disconnected and reconnected the battery ? i've contacted support but they ae really slow ? i've also noticed that the wheel is hard to rotate backwards almost like in walk mode it stop it rolling backwards. Because it won't turn on I can't access it through the app. Very frustrated any thoughts ?
