Amflow comes to USA July 11th

Still haven't heard a peep. No email from Amflow.
Hmmm .......... I've got my son coming out from Seattle today, for a week. I was going to let him ride my PL Carbon Pro, as Amflow should be in the US by the time he goes home next week. He was keen to get an Amflow. But only if supported by a LBS. Not looking promising.

should be in the US by the time
They let me know there was a slight delay, last week, looking at the 17th and they are supposed to be dropped shipped out of los angeles.. Verified my address. Im guessing they are in customs or through it, getting ready to ship out.

The warranty support is already setup on our dealer website now. If I wanted to I can submit a warranty right now and get support. Problem is we are still waiting for the bikes.

As long as you purchase from a US dealer, you should have no problem receiving warranty support. If you purchase direct from China from websites like Ronhack you will receive no help from US dealers.

If your contract with AMFLOW says you cannot support, fix or modify a non-factory sourced bike, then I'd say your statement is accurate. If you can support off-channel bike for a fee, then there might be a better way to say that w/o alienating early adopters. Who knows, they might become future customers!

I am referring to warranty support only in that statement. Of course we will work on and help out anyone who we can, for a price. We do it everyday here at our shop in AZ.

We should be able to order all parts that would be needed. I cannot see exactly what is offered and pricing yet but we have a schematic and a few categories on our dealer site now.

It is tempting to become an early adopter purchasing out of market. As complex and expensive as these are it seems prudent to have the blessing of the warranty department as well as the manufacturer down the road. I have my bag of popcorn waiting to hear when they introduce the US market to avoid the grey market complexities.

Does Amflow have any authorized dealers for the US currently?
We are one the first dealers in US to receive bikes. Our first shipment will arrive tomorrow and plan to ship to customers soon.

Give us a call at the shop or send me a message if you have any questions.

sounds like only Bike Barn and maybe a place in NY is also just now starting. You can tell if they are authorized or not by price. Not authorized charges more.

That is great to hear that they have made it over to this side of the pond. I have been waiting to have official warranty options before purchasing one.

Do you know if it is possible to drop ship a bike to a state that does not have a dealer?

We will be shipping Amflow to lower 48 states and all warranties are dealt with through us or any US Amflow dealer.

We will have a large pro model on the sales floor as a demo model by the end of the day today.

Large Pro model available now to see.
Delivered in a single box too. So definitely a direct from factory shipping.

My son loved my PL Carbon Pro when he came out and rode my one. I will let him know that the bike is available in the USA.

Though being in Seattle. He will most likely buy from the Oregon Store to make any warranty issues easier.

Should I weigh it with the cheesy plastic pedals that come with the bike? I was only in the shop for 20min to take that photo and get updated on shipment. I have a new baby at home and feel guilty for spending time with this new Amflow baby.

We are about to sit through dealer training and start updating software and preparing bikes for shipment.
