Allmtn 8.0 2018 PW-X error 64

My Allmtn 8.0 with yamaha pw-x motor and controller X has generated occassionally error 64 which refers to controller. After reset it has worked some times until now it is coming almost every ride. Any tips for further troubleshooting and repair? I suppose the controller is part of motor and not replaceable. Also display unit is sold sometimes as controller, but I have understood, it would not be a problem for this. Bike mileage is 4000km.
I managed to find e-kit diagnostic tool, but could not get it work due to usb COM issue. Any tips for that would also be welcomed.

Any suggestions? Is it just to buy a new motor?

New motor purchased. After that opened the old motor and found water ingressed in. Circuit board dried, cleaned and coated. Main bearing replaced, casings cleaned and grease replaced. This old motor tested and found working well. Now I have a working spare motor
