Aggressive Long-Travel Enduro eBike Build: From Concept to Trail-Ready

I totally understand that feeling. Up to this point, the geometry work alone including research and countless iterations has taken around 60 hours. The CAD modeling has consumed about 480 hours across 120 design iterations. Prototyping and test-fitting added another 40 hours, and FEA simulations took roughly 50 more.

So, if your question is along the lines of “is it worth it financially?” definitely not. If you were to factor in a realistic hourly rate, this would probably be one of the most expensive bikes ever to hit a trail. And that’s not even counting the development of the electrical system, including the custom battery pack, which is still in the works.
So about 630 hours all in thus far. I'm not surprised at all....

Nah, my question was never about being financially worth it. I knew it is a passion project with added side bonus of improving your design skills.

Maybe one day I'll dive into the rabbit hole and design a bike. For now my life is too busy.
I applaud your effort though. Exceptional
