A Brake Caliper question!

I have Guide brakes on my Levo and looking at the rear it seems the pad is low down on the brake disc. See photo. You can see the wear marks going down the spokes of the disc. The front brake pads seem to be higher up the disc. Maybe I have the incorrect bracket? or I should have some spacers or is it normal?
Anyone got any ideas? Comparison photos may help. Thanks.

You are missing a set of spacers similar to those you have between bolt and calliper. They goes under the calliper mounting point and its the stock SRAM mounting procedure.

I have the same brakes on a 2019 Med Comp FSR Levo. Looks like you have a couple washers missing.
Also also see that even after hosing the bike down, still really dirty! :p
