Kenevo Gen1 220mm Hope Rotor + Hope e4 Caliper Post Mount Size

Hi, just picked up 220mm Hope Disc Rotors (currently running 200mm) I’m unsure of what size post mount adapter to get. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!

I have Sram 220 rotor and Fox 36 and have to put this 40P SRAM Postmount Adapter | Disc Adaptors Shop

As above, I had 220mm hope with SRAM caliper on a 38. Standard 40mm mount by Shimano/TRP/Magura will work fine. Mine are the TRP.
