45 km/h software tuning for Bosch motors

Has anyone here heard of the “new” 45 km/h software tuning for Bosch motors?

Through several Facebook groups, I came across someone named Adam Grabkowski who claims to offer this service. At first glance, it looks a bit suspicious, but I’ve also seen quite a few positive reviews in those same Facebook groups.
What are your experiences with this? Has anyone already tried the new 45 km/h (speed-pedelec?) firmware on a regular Bosch Performance Line CX Gen 5 motor?

He says that the display still shows the real speed after the firmware change. I’m especially curious whether LIMP mode can still occur, and whether there are any long-term issues or error codes after using this firmware.

Adams the OG polish guy I believe. He's seems to be reliable but expensive. Rudi was the cheap at €45 but he's disappeared. Done 2 bikes for me last year

Both gen4 smarts. Yeah ebike doctor should be Able to help too. Dunno how much he charges tho

Any Dutchies here who have the 45km/h firmware? I have some questions.

I guess this is probably region change to new zealand since they were allowed to go to 45 km/h there.
If that is the case i assume this is nothing different than changing region to USA.
But i might be mistaken.
