Levo Gen 3 38.6mm seat clamp - weird size?

I was searching on aliexpress for a seat clamp and my turbo levo has 38.6 mm seat clamp?

But there there almost none to buy!? Is this a weird size? I see alot of other sizes but not 38.6mm

I was just looking to add some bling... Yeah i could se a few companys made in the right size. But almost none on Ali which i thought was strange...
