Been getting a bit of numbness in my right hand on longer (30 miles plus) rides. Already shortened my bars, that seemed to help a bit, but looking now at going higher rise (currently 30mm,looking to go to 50mm). The problem I'm finding is my bike has a 35mm clamp stem, and bars to fit it seem to be few and far between. Tempted to just change the stem to a 31mm as well, just to get more options on bars that will fit.

Ride high🚬with 35mm clamp.

9 degree backsweep 38mm, 50mm, 65mm and 80mm rise - didn't know Burgtec made these babies, wow! 😎

Check your natural back sweep.
Get two pegs and hold them in your hands like you would your grips. Position your hands the correct width apart and lean forward, like you would on your bike. Get someone to mark on a sheet of paper below your hands what angle the pegs are at. Measure the angle between them. Half that is your natural back sweep. If your natural back sweep is quite a bit different from what is on your current bars, then maybe that might be the cause of your problem.

OneUp do a very highly rated handler bar that has quite a high element of vibration damping. These might be worth a punt for easing pressure on your nerve system.

PNW have "The Range Handlebar Gen 4" 35mm with 50mm rise. Also the "The Loam Carbon Handlebar" 35mm with 50mm rise but very pricey.

So do I, but that's because I have a damaged back and sit on the saddle slightly crooked probably resulting in me loading my right arm a bit more than my left arm.

Same problem here, but in both hands.
I too had difficulty finding 35mm (stem) high rise bars to fit. I've gone for an aluminium reducing sleeve (31.8 to 35mm)and cheap 31.8mm bars at £19 with a 50mm rise.
My thinking is, I can swap these out if they're too high or low, without spending too much cash and then get decent bars at the right height.

@Iamthearrison I've got a Spank 800 Vibrocore bar and Stem for sale if you're interested. The bar is black/orange, 31.8mm, 4° rise / 8° back and cut to 776mm. Stem is Spank Split Stem orange/black, 38mm length, 34mm stack height. £55 posted

I don't get the difficulty in finding them? There's dozens of options out there for high rise, 35mm bars 🤷

I get the numbness in my hands/forearm as well, I can get it as quick as 15 minutes into a ride. I can usually shake it off and change my grip, but I’ve wondered what part of the fitment is off to cause it.

Yes, agreed, there are loads out there, but the point I was making is cost.
I'm quite happy to spend £70-£100 on bars, but I don't want to get a set of 35s and realise I need 50s. So getting a cheap sets(s) would enable me to experiment before getting decent ones of the correct rise.

As good a price as that is, I want more rise than that, and the orange wouldn't fit with the rest f my bike (gotta colour coordinate). I'm sure you'll have no trouble selling them though.
