what’s the score with treks warranty, after first buyer there is none? Or still warranty on motor but not frame ?

would you buy a 2nd hand trek with no backup ?

I think it’s only the frame that is warrantied, but only for 3 years instead of lifetime.
The price second hand ebikes seem to be advertised for, personally I’d throw the extra in for new or budget a grand for a possible new motor or battery into the equation.
