Probably been discussed a thousand times before but.........

My non electric Voodoo Bizango 29er I thought was the best thing since sliced bread, until I bought my Lapierre XC overvolt 27.5 and just loved the way it could be thrown around with much confidence.
I didn't ride the bizango for over a year, when I did I couldn't get over the centrifugal effect of the larger wheels and found it difficult to change direction.

If I was to change to a 29er emtb will the centrifugal effect be prominent? I have not noticed any reviews of 29 inch bikes that mention it.

You're comparing a cheap 29er hardtail to a 27.5 FS Ebike.
That's not really a fair comparison at all

29er wheels are slightly slower to turn in and are more stable holding a line but so long as the bike's geometry and set-up is sorted they don't cause a problem.
Are 27.5 wheels more maneuverable? Yes.
Do 29" wheels stop a decent rider maneuvering a bike well? No
