2024 Santa Cruz Heckler SL

Santa Cruz recently stepped up big time for me. I have a Heckler SL that has been solid for 3+ years. I recently had a knocking sound coming form the bb area and they replaced the motor and included the new ring controller all under warranty a year plus after it had expired. (I paid $100 in labor) Thank you Santa Cruz!

Timely for me. I have 175 miles on my few month old heckler sl. I've been having the same issue I think. I get a random loud knock that I can feel through the cranks as well. I've retorqued the rear wheel, cassette on the hub and the axs rear derailuer assembly and it is still happening. Does this sound like your issue? If so I'll quit trouble shooting and take it in if so. I"ve re-set the axs wireless system and set-up and it's still happening. I don't see any excessive wear on chain or any other driveline component. Thanks.

Take it to your dealer. I had the same thing and they replaced my motor and switch.

I have a rockshox super deluxe select+, a take-off from my Hightower3. I'd like to put it on a Heckler SL that currently is running a standard Fox Float. Does anyone have the SC tune for a RS super deluxe select+, or just the numbers off the shock body, so I can see if I can make this work on the Heckler SL? Thanks
