Hello EMTB community, I was wondering if any insiders knew of any changes / updates to the Orbea Rise in 2024. I've seen discounts and sales in July and August for the 2023 models, and even a discount code from Orbea themselves. Seeing how popular the Rise is, I suspect Orbea is helping to sell these 2023s for 1 of 2 reasons: 1- to introduce the MY2024s with new colors / builds (naturally) or 2- an all new Rise.

Thoughts? Insights?

Thanks.

The discounts might simply be the ongoing inventory reduction that's been happening for all of 2023 so far. Sales have slowed and discounts of 20% or more have been common across most manufacturers. It's a good time for buyers :)

been wondering this myself. they changed the carbon molds for 2023 to account for headset cable routing (yuck) and redesiged a rocker link to make it out of carbon. I could see them keeping it for one more year, but who knows. The price drop seems to match what every other manufacturer has going on at the moment.

How do I get the discount code?

I'm subscribed to Orbea, and they sent me an email; I'd suscribe as well and reach out to them. Also, Jenson USA had the 2023 Rises discounted 20% (now 10%) and Mike's Bikes has them @ 15% off.

Spoke to a dealer yesterday - no meaningful changes for 2024.

It's going to be completely re-designed and probably not going to have a Shimano package attached to it. Just my educated guess. ;)
