2023 Focus Jam2 6.7 - upgrades ?

So, I finally pulled a trigger and got my first EMTB.

After my last ride in mountains I really liked the Jam2 6.7 and I got a chance to buy new one in a stellar price.
Now, after my initial ride I know I want to upgrade few things:

• stem
• seatpost
• (and shittone of other things as soon as they are worn out XD)

Now the questions are:

• Does anyone know what is max seatpost length I can put it?
  I cannot find that info anywhere...
  
  
• Anyone knows good CIS replacement?
  

Any info would be much appreciated
