2022 Giant Reign E+ rear hub bearing replacement

The bearings in my Giant DBL rear hub & freehub require replacement. Does anyone know exactly what hub this is? It's a DT Swiss something, 350?

Is it just a case of punching them out & press new ones in with a suitably sized socket, or will I need a proper bearing extractor & press kit?

I ordered a bearing extractor & press kit just yesterday so will be sorting it sometime in the near future, I will take some pics and upload here when I do. I think it's a 370 hub, but I'm still not 100% sure. If it is there's this video on YouTube which may help: DT Swiss H1900 Rear Hub Rebuild

Knock axle out from driver side. Did finish mine today.

It is possible to push the bearing through, the ring. I could not loosen mine, even after several attempts with heating the hub

I've finally completed the bearing replacement in both the hub and freehub, just 7 months after first posting.

I changed four bearings total, two in the hub & two in the freehub. The main hub & outside freehub bearings are 6902 and the inside freehub bearing is a 6802 with this HG freehub body.

My freehub is a standard pawl (not ratchet) type and the bearing does not fit through, I believe the bearing does fit through a ring for a ratchet drive.

The bearings do come out as per the video I linked to in post #3 & as others have said however the non-driveside bearing in my hub was extremely tight & no way would it knock out without damaging the axle. Had to use a press instead. YMMV. Anyway, hope this helps someone!
