2021 Turbo Levo error code

Hey folks… Newbie to the EB world and I have a 2021 specialized turbo Levo.
I keep getting error code #3 ( motor error )after about 10 seconds of peddling..
but before it errors out it works great.. if I’m coasting and not peddling no error code … Also when I turn it on it always is in the middle speed assist location ( 2 lights on the scale ) no matter if I shut it off in another position.. hoping someone can help. Thanks

Also when I turn the motor on it starts up on this setting no matter what setting it’s on when I shut it off.. Also worth noting is the check up on the app says I’m 100% healthy

isn't it a setting in the App to say which mode (Eco/Trail/Turbo) you want it to default to on start up? I'm not sure if you can set it to 'last used'.
