Bought this in May last year. It covered 1200km and then needed complete warranty replacement of electrics (motor, wiring and handlebar controller) due to switching off during rides and then not switching on. It went back to Giant and was back within three weeks. Since then it has covered 460km and it’s been flawless. Battery is 100% health.
It has matte Invisframe and has a few dinks in the paint.
Shimano Drivetrain was replaced 200km ago. I have broken the XTR rear derailleur twice due to debris launching into it. I replaced the 2nd broken XTR with an XT and it is so much stronger. The XTR is too brittle for mountain bike use case in my opinion. XT cassette was replaced at the same time.
Original seat, bars etc will be fitted upon agreement of sale.
Managed to find a 2022 so that's the reason for selling. This is my second Giant e-bike and I have been very happy with the service/warranty response. My 202 was flawless and I was a bit disappointed that the 2021 had issues but since warranty replacement it's been flawless.
