Hi there,

Today after a ride I'm having engine error code 6 and 4 in mission control app. The bike seems to be ok and my lbs told that it's a problem with the latest app update. Anyone else having this "problem"?
Thanks
Biclas

Today I also connected to MC app and got motor error 6
Turning off and on again didn't resolve the issue
The bike ride yesterday was normal without any problems? What to do now? 9D74E456-B9A8-45C3-84B1-0BEF426CD8B2.png

Yes the app has had an update and will show these error codes

If the bike rides fine then ignore the error codes and they will eventually disappear

This happened to mine Chris@BerkshireCycles said the above and indeed they did disappear and the bike was fine

I think Speciailzed resolved the issue so check you have the most recent version of mission control in the play store (Android) or whatever iphones use for its apps

I just went onto the Google playstore but it doesn't say there is an update for the app and I haven't updated my app for ages!

I there,
I went for a ride today and the bike had the normal behavior. The error codes disapeard without any updates done to the mission control app.

Thanks
Biclas

More than likely you have the app set up to auto update, if not maybe Specialized pulled the updated version from the play store

Either way just ignore the error codes and they will go away, think i was told to ignore error code 3,4,5,6 im sure it is mentioned on another thread on here but cant remember which thread

I had the same issue on my Levo on Feb 21st. But at the same time my Motor was reducing the power rapidly to nearly 0 and i had to restart my bike 3 times to fix that. Since then i have the problem that my battery drops realy fast. On 23km rides it use nearly 50% of capacity, before that it normally was 30%, 700w Battery!

I am getting the error message too! I updated the App recently but don't really connect to the bike that often. Is this really a software glitch. I am on an iOS device. Anybody get this on an Android device?

I still have the error codes but don’t know why. I recently purchased Blevo and there I get a red blinking dot behind „motor“ what I think is nothing positive and maybe is the same error MC gives me...?! When we rode yesterday I had my little girl on the Macride childseat with me and the motor seemed a little noisy, not as I’m used to it. Don’t know what to think of all that...

Regarding my problem I spoke to specialised care team and they think it was the handlebar switch that was dodgy, I unplugged it from the motor and cleaned with contact spray since then it has worked no problems
I did wonder if when washing the bike water gets into the switch on the bars causing a short out??

Its been mentioned before but Specialized manual suggests best practice cleaning bike is a bucket of water & a damp cloth .I wouldn’t use a hose on anything but the wheels separated from the bike .
