Hi,
I had issues with my Di2 not shifting cleanly, and it jumping into crash protection mode sometimes.
I had to set the Tuning to -16 to get it to work.
After some investigation I noticed the screw holding the spring was loose. Its M2.5 x 10 mm with a wierd head form. I replaced it with a cap head screw and now it all shifts perfectly with the Tuning back to 0.
Thank goodness, they're not cheap to replace!
