Other 2018 turbo levo firmware

Hi
Recently bought a second hand 2018 turbo levo fsr with very little use, trying to find out what the latest firmware would be for the motor and battery and if it can be updated direct from mission control or does it need to go local specialized shop to update
Current motor firmware is 5.0.4 and battery is 4.16.3
Any help appreciated ?

Hi @tdarcy and welcome. Two answers: -
1. YES there is an update available for motor and battery - retailer only. Worth having as it will bug fix and enable more features via Mission Control.
2. There is an active recall on this bike. Please check our Safety Notices page ASAP to see whether your bike is affected and follow instructions on that page if so (firmware will be updated as part of the recall if so).

Thanks for the reply ? checked the recall and battery is ok apparently it’s code is B9JE2064F so outside the range listed
