2018 Levo Turbo Brake upgrade advice? Hope?

Looking to upgrade my brakes on my 2018 Turbo Levo,

Ideally I'd like the Hope Tech 3 e4 but don't have a clue about which ones to order and the correct adapters for the Fox 36 2019 forks,

The rotors are 200mm at present, should I stick with this size or could I fit the 203mm from Hope?

Which adapters do I need to fit the Hope tech 3 to the Fox Factory 36 please?

My code brakes on my 18 expert froze up with the dreaded gen1 sram code lever not returning issue. I’ve upgraded to generation 2 code r and they seem really good.
