Finally hacked off with the Guides so invested in a set of V4's. Then remembered the internal cable routing and general faffage, so thought it might be good to do a full strip down after 3k miles. Would massively appreciate any hints or tips, i.e can i avoid dropping the motor out? Have seen a vid or two but imo personal experience is always valuable.
Have invested in a park stand , bike does't work in my old one. Also the park internal routing kit looks handy and a bit more sophisticated than my normal 'hit with hammer' technique. Please bear in mind that I'm on a rigid singlespeed until this is done, help me save the knees!!!
