Other 2016 Levo bricked after firmware update - any ideas?

Hi all, I have a 2016 Levo with the 504wH SBC-B08 battery, 38 charge cycles, 100% battery health. Recently it started charging up to only ~85% and beeping/blinking 3 red lights at startup, but it would run just fine and I could get 25 miles and 3000' of riding out of it. The charge issue and error lights bothered me so I brought it to my LBS for a firmware update (from 2.9.FF to now 2.18.B) to hopefully fix that issue.

I picked the bike up and it's now totally bricked. It won't take a charge or run. All I get is blinking red lights and beeping. Incredibly frustrating.

Anyone have a similar problem? How was it resolved? I searched the archives and nothing.

I would first go back to your dealer. Can they roll back the update to the previous version?

An update that renders an item unusable is not acceptable.

If it has been upgraded at LBS, they do have a responsibility for their own work.
Please contact them or go and find out with them.
